Shipping policy

All orders are processed & shipped out within 5-10 business days. (Excluding weekends & holidays)

We DO NOT have a pick up location.

We cannot guarantee a set timeframe for delivery caused by USPS delay. If they are delayed, that is beyond our control.

Please understand that everything is handmade with love by the owner. We take our time and pride ourselves in quality over quantity. 

During checkout, please triple check your shipping address. If your items are shipped to the wrong address because of your mistake, there is nothing we can do. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number attached. Please allow USPS at least 24-48 hours to update your tracking information. 

If you are within your 10 business day period, please refrain from emailing us about the status of your order. 

Also, if your package says DELIVERED via USPS, we are not responsible if it was stolen or misplaced. Please file a claim with your local post office.
